- It ships with tracking2–5 business days to a US address, 10–30 elsewhere. The tracking link comes by email and sits in My account.
- It arrivesUsually 3–8 business days after you order in the US.
US shipping is $6.99 per order, whatever you buy. Free shipping over $79.
Returns and replacements
- Damaged in the post
- Misprinted or faulty
- Not the design or size you ordered
Any of these is on us: you get a new tee or your money back. Tell us within 30 days of delivery.
Each tee is printed when you order it, so we can't take back or swap one that arrived as ordered (a different size, or a change of mind). The size guide below helps you pick right the first time.

It fits true to size with a little room. Between two sizes? Take the bigger one for a roomier look.

- AChest Lay the tee flat and measure across, armpit to armpit.
- BLength From the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
- CSleeve From the middle of the back of the collar to the end of the sleeve.
Best way to choose: lay a tee you love flat, measure it the same way and pick the closest size.
Each tee is printed when you order it, so we can't take it back for the wrong size. Damaged or misprinted is always on us: Shipping & returns.
Questions
How do I claim a damaged or misprinted tee?
Email contact@5omsa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We answer by email and send a new tee or refund you.
Where is my tracking number?
In your shipping email, and in My account under Orders once the tee has shipped.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. Delivery takes about 11–33 business days, and the cost shows at checkout once you add your address. Import fees, if any, are set by your country.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Write to contact@5omsa.com as soon as you can. Before your tee goes to print we can change or cancel it; once it is printed we can't.
My address was wrong. What now?
Email contact@5omsa.com right away with the right address. If the parcel has already left, the carrier decides what happens to it.
