Agreeing to these terms

5omsa.com is operated by Zepeks Ventures LLC ("5omsa", "we"). These terms apply when you use the site or buy from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our tees

Our tees are printed on demand by our US print partners. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed tee, and because each is made by hand on a machine, small differences in print placement (up to about an inch) are normal and not a fault. Sizes are in the size chart on the Shipping & returns page.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price or product was shown in error, a design can't be printed, or we suspect fraud.
• Discount codes have their own conditions, can't be swapped for cash and usually can't be combined.
• To change or cancel, write to contact@5omsa.com straight away; once printing has started we can't.

Payment

You pay by card through Stripe when you order. You confirm that you're allowed to use the card and that your details are correct. We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times and costs are on our Shipping & returns page; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your tee arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, or the parcel is lost, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Because every tee is made to order, we don't take back tees that are the wrong size you chose or that you no longer want. None of this limits rights you have under consumer law.

Try-on

• Try-on images are made by AI from your photo to help you choose. They are previews, not exact pictures of the finished tee or how it will fit.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of your own pet. Don't upload photos of other people, of anyone under 18, or anything indecent or unlawful.
• You keep the rights to your photos. You let us use them only to make your try-on images and show them to you. You can delete them at any time.
• We may limit how many try-on images you can make, and may pause the feature or an account that misuses it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in safe and tell us if someone else used your account. You can delete your account at any time; your try-on photos go with it. We may close accounts used for fraud or to break these terms.

Our designs

The designs, photos, logo and words on this site belong to 5omsa or the people who licensed them to us. Buying a tee lets you wear and enjoy it; it doesn't let you copy, resell or reprint the design. If you think something here uses your work without permission, email us and we'll look at it quickly.

Using the site fairly

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, or misuse other people's data.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site running and accurate, but it is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
