Privacy policy

Who we are

5omsa.com is an online shop for printed graphic tees, operated by Zepeks Ventures LLC ("5omsa", "we"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit or buy, why, who helps us, and the choices you have. Questions? Write to contact@5omsa.com.

What we collect

What you give us:

• Order and account details: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and your order history.
• Your usual tee size, if you tell us or once you buy, to pick it for you next time.
• Messages you send us.
• Try-on photos, only if you choose to add one (see below).

What we collect automatically: your device and browser, pages and designs you view, what you like or skip, your cart, the page that sent you, and an approximate location from your IP address.

Payment cards: you pay through Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection; we never see or store it.

Try-on photos

"See it on you" shows our tees on a photo of you (and, where offered, designs with your pet). It is optional and needs a free account and your consent first.

• Your photo is stored privately and only you can see it. Try-on images made from it are private too.
• To make try-on images, the photo is sent to our try-on providers: FASHN AI, and Google (Gemini) for the pictures of your photoshoot. FASHN keeps its copy of the result for three days at most; we have Google delete its copy as soon as the picture is made. Neither uses your photos to train AI models.
• We don't use your photos to recognise or identify you, and we never sell them or use them in ads.
• We keep your photos until you delete them, so you can keep trying on new designs.
• Delete any photo in My photos at any time: the photo and every try-on image made from it are gone at once. Deleting your account deletes them all.
• Only add photos of yourself, or of your own pet. Please don't upload photos of other people.

How we use it

• To take payment, make your tees and deliver them, and send order and shipping emails.
• To run your account, likes, cart and try-on.
• To answer you and sort out problems with an order.
• To understand what people like, improve the shop and show designs you're more likely to enjoy.
• To show our ads to people likely to be interested, and measure if they work.
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet tax and legal duties.

Who we share it with

Only with companies that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:

• Printify and its print partners, and the carriers they use: your name, shipping address, phone and the items, to print and deliver your order.
• Stripe: to take payment safely and prevent fraud.
• FASHN AI, Google (Gemini) and our secure cloud database: for try-on photos and images, as described above.
• Google Analytics: to understand how the shop is used.
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok and Google: through their pixels, to measure and show our ads.
• Our website host and email services, to run the site and send messages.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or a buyer if the shop is ever sold.

We don't sell personal information for money. Some US state laws call the ads pixels "sharing" for targeted advertising; you can opt out of it (see Your rights).

Cookies

We use cookies and your browser's storage to keep your cart, likes and sign-in, remember choices like your usual size and recent searches, keep try-on working, and, through the analytics and ads tools above, measure visits and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the shop works without the analytics and ads ones, but not without the cart and sign-in ones.

How long we keep it

• Orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 7 years).
• Your account: until you delete it or ask us to.
• We keep your photos until you delete them, so you can keep trying on new designs.
• Messages: as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy.
• Correct it.
• Delete it (we keep only what the law makes us keep, like invoices).
• Stop marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any of them.
• Opt out of targeted advertising and the "sharing" described above.

Email contact@5omsa.com from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days, and you won't be treated differently for asking. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and of the EU and UK, have these rights by law; you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Keeping it safe

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), payments go through Stripe, photos sit in private storage reached only through short-lived links, and only the people who need it can see your data. No system is perfectly secure, but if anything ever went wrong we would tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

The shop is for people aged 13 and over, and try-on is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you think we have, write to us and we'll delete it.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change matters for how we use your data, we'll tell you on the site or by email first, and try-on asks for your consent again if its terms change.
